I'd recommend getting this early when you only have simple recipes. I went for the achievement as soon as I had the bare number of recipes to cover making everything random.
Mine ended up being pretzels, corn dogs, cereal and Salisbury steak.

another thing to add, you can edit the Prep stations, Holding Stations and Buzz in the mode selection menu. As long as you select Classic or Standard, it doesn't matter what these values are. I had PS 4/11, HS 7/7 and Buzz 1%/??%. It makes this even easier.

Just to give some more detail information:
You start this under Tower and then the big top left icon "Cook, Serve, Delicious".
You will see some circular spaces on the left. I am not sure if it is necessary, but I had 4 of the larger circles. You start with less than 4 but once you reach level up and hit level 4 (the yellow number at the top) you will unlock the 4th circle. These are places for the entrees. The need to be questionmarks for this achievement. You can change it on the right "Edit Entrees".
Another thing that might be necessary is to have 4 differen Entrees unlocked. When you click on "Edit Entrees" and then one of the circles you will see small icons of all the entrees you have unlocked. I only had 3: pretzels, cereal and steak. So I bought one more.
You can buy additional food in the main menu and then "food catalog". I bought the corndogs für $500.
Once that is done you can start your run. It took some practice but it is not super hard with only these 4 entrees. What helped me: during rush hours don't start multiple steaks at the same time. As the timer, once they are are ready for the gravy, is quite short. So I started 1 steak. Then did a cereal or a corndog or something else. Then started another steak. And so on. You can also leave the easy stuff (pretzels, drinks, chores) in the ToDo list on the left and only work on the harder stuff (cereals & steaks). And only fulfill the easy things when they start to get red and move out of screen.
As a reference: I had to serve 48 customers. So at the end I had a combo of 48x.
