A few tips;
1) If you get dishes that are much too time consuming, reset. E.g. Burrito, Sushi
2) Buy a bunch of quick and easy dishes for your pantry to better the odds of getting a few in the random entrees. You’ll want something that takes little input, purely PS, that can be sent out as soon as cooking is complete! E.g. Chicken Strips, Steak Fingers etc.
3) You should be sure to fail at least 10-15 dishes before really kicking things off. This way your starting buzz will decrease down from 150% to a more reasonable 50 - 75, making the whole service a bit more doable.
4) Sides are optional. Depending on your RNG with entree’s, it’s up to you whether you risk spending time prepping in HS or not. I did use Egg Drop Soup myself for its easy prep 16 portions and that little extra customer patience.
5) Keep an eye out for chores! Those suckers can disappear fast!

Excellent solution, can't emphasise how big of a difference point 3 makes, my buzz dropped to 47% and it was just like a normal shift nearly with 14 Prep stations which was much much easier!
