As the achievement description states you need to achieve 200 Bronze medals in the "Chef for Hire" Challenges.
If you don't want the stress of the level immediately you can chose to set the mode as "Zen". You will only be able to achieve a Bronze medal at minimum, but you avoid the rush hours, which can be difficult in the later challenges.
To unlock more "Chef for Hire" challenges you will have to rank up.
