How to unlock the Tower of Zen achievement in Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! - Definitive Guide

From the main menu, load your game or start a new game. Select "campaign" on the left, then "tower." Choose a restaurant you'd like to play and click the down button until "Standard Shift" is selected. Press right or left to select "Zen Shift" instead. Now, choose a level in that restaurant and complete it to unlock this achievement.
