Set it to Classic
4 Prep Stations
7 Holding Stations
1% Buzz

Entrees:
Fried Chicken
Soup
Corn Dogs
Pancakes
Sopapillas
Pretzels
Sides:
Cookies
Mac n Cheese
Boiled eggs
Drinks:
Soda Fountain
Juice Bar

Set up the top with:
2 Pretzels
2 Corn Dogs
1 Soup
2 Sopapillas

Easier with a co-op partner to do HS work for you. Let instant finished orders sit for a bit during rush hour and this achievement should be a cake walk. You can buy all those recipes in the food catalog by setting sorting to All Time Classic

I didn't have Boiled Egg unlocked at Rank 49 for some reason so I just did it with the other ones listed (and used Brussel Sprouts in place of the Boiled Egg).
I think the important part is the Entrees, I don't think it matters what sides and drinks you use. I also made the mistake of having it set to Standard first time, Classic you can't seem to set the buzz to 1% for some reason so I had to do it with a buzz of about 70%.
Great solution anyway :)
