You need to do 3 overall scores to get this to pop.
Tips
Best thing to do is save after every order. Wait till next recipe shows up, once you know what it is reload the save and start on it before the order comes in to give you more time. Also if your not good at pouring, save before each pour, so you can reload after every mess-up. For me the game likes to glitch and keep pouring the soup even though I stopped.

I got 3 consecutive 4 star dishes but it didn't pop up or it needs to be 3 stars exactly ?
