This achievement is finally unlockable after the recent update
Simply start a game in sandbox mode, walk over to the computer and install the decorations one by one.

Game was updated with the Shelter DLC on 29th November and i thought that update may have broken this achievement (along with the one for burning an ingredient) as both had reports of players not unlocking and neither had an unlock since 29th November
But came on here today to check once again and noticed one person has unlocked this achievement on 4th December so not sure how they managed it

There have now been 5 unlocks since 29th November (when Shelter was released) so definitely seems that there is a way to unlock this. I already got this earlier in November so can't test but perhaps only unlocks in career mode now after buying all decorations etc ?
EDIT: and all 5 recent winners have played the game enough to make me think thats possible as they have all other achievement in base game etc

So I can, after doing this today, confirm that this is unlockable in career mode.
Unfortunately you have to reach level 18 to be able to buy the last decoration tho. So this takes a bit of just playing and cooking to get the exp , but it is doable.
I managed to get between 4000 and 5000 exp per day (constantly getting 3-4 Star ratings).
I think it was around 26000-28000 exp for level 18. I hope I remember that quite right.
The burning an ingredient achievement still won't unlock for me in any mode.

Thanks, that's what I figured. Will wait to see if the burning one gets fixed before grinding the campaign for this one.

I also got this in career mode by getting up to level 18 and buying all of the decorations on the laptop. It took me around 11 in-game days to level up. I wasn't perfect by any means, so being more consistent with 5 starring dishes may get you there a day or two sooner. I'd suggest taking the +xp skills first so you're getting the most out of them. I'm not sure how big an impact that would have on day count, but it certainly won't hurt.

It's not worth it to me until they fix the perks since they are literally impossible to unlock.
