The quickest way to do this is to go into Sandbox mode, queue up any 50 dishes at the laptop, then just place empty plates into the order window 50 times. No cooking required.

didn't unlock for me when doing this

I found that on my career save once I was done with other achievements just serving random stuff would count. Even if you got 0 stars. My 50th dish that popped this was a plate of sour cream in lieu of a hamburger XD

This can be done pretty quick in sandbox mode.
What you want to do is go to your order manager on your laptop and queue up 50 or however many dishes you need of something simple like tomato soup. Setup three pots on the stove and cook the soup. While the soup is cooking lineup the counter with deep plates to make the process go faster. Once the soup is done use your 150ml ladle and put soup in the bowls. Take the dish to the order counter and send it off.
Star ratings don’t matter. It can be the same dish regardless of quality. After your 50th is served the achievement will unlock.
