Go into Sandbox mode
- Go to laptop
- Perks Menu
- Enable Thermal Vision
- Grab a Trout from fridge
- Place on Baking Tray
- Put in over
- Close oven and turn it on
- Simply look at the cooking trout.
- Go to laptop

You don't even have to turn the oven on. I got it simply by looking at it once it was in there.
