A quick and easy way to do this is starting a new career with the tutorial on. After you complete the tutorial which consists of kitchen basics and first day of serving you will have acquired all 6 skill points needed to max a skill.

The skill doesn’t matter, you can pick the first one and put all points in. If it’s not one you want after the achievement you can go to the laptop and reset yourself points and allocate them where you wish.
