Great guide! You can also use the advanced controls to precisely lay it down if throwing doesn't work.

When I played sandbox mode is no longer available. Be sure you save your game as this will cause massive damage to your kitchen and rather than pay to have it all fixed, you'll want to just load the saved game.
When you are ready, open a box to go to the store. Tab over to the misc using RB. Go down about 8 lines to the blue Gas Bottle. It is 20 C. Buy it and place it on the grill (or stove). I never got a prompt to set it down, I just threw it on using Y. Turn on the grill (or stove) and back up. In about 30 seconds it will blow up and destroy everything on either side of it. Your manager will send you a disbelieving note and the achievement will pop.
