Buggy achievement. I have 10 hearts with all, except Antonio with 9 hearts. No achievement.

It’s not technically “buggy” per-say but the game is actually still unfinished. There are characters we can’t gift and characters that aren’t released as yet - so we won’t be able to get this until they’re out.

It should be when they update the diving areas.

I have 8 hearts with all romanceable characters, 10 with everyone else. It's been several in-game days since and no achievement :(

It's probably still not possible. The 2 tags who have it are both cheaters

Yeah I haven't got everyone maxed on hearts yet so can't say for certain.
But I would guess it is bugged as far as I am aware, the merfolk people have been added since launch. They appear on the relationships page in their own separate tab like the giants do, but you can not give them gifts as it stands right now, even though they have heart meters in their relationships tab.
Seems like their addition to the game is unfinished.

Alternatively, is there anyone that has got every character to max hearts, AND witnessed all heart events with all characters, maybe that is a requirement 🤷‍♂️?

Can confirm this is definitely unobtainable at present.

I have every NPC at full hearts including all the giants, my wife at 15, all my animals on my farm are maxed on hearts and even my pet maxed out as well and the achievement will not pop!

The Merfolk are clearly required but they are not fully implemented into the game yet which sucks :/

The Tag that has this game completed needs to be removed or banned for cheating!
Very frustrating to see them get away with it!
