Awarded when you have accumulated 1 Million coins, you can check how much you have made during the course of playing by looking at the first tab you can open that lists various details about your character.
Like with pretty much all of the achievements, its a bit buggy and didn't pop up for me when my day rolled over, but when I checked my achievements it was unlocked, a small but frustratingly common detail I've found throughout the game.
Took me 4 and a half years in game to have accumulated the 1 Million. You do not need to have the 1 Million at once, that would be madness
