If you've been playing this game and you gifted a gift to all NPCs and you didn't get the achievement, but now you're here after the patch came out. Simply give a gift to an NPC and the achievement should pop.

Thanks to Tozi Tiberius for the new info about version v1.0-947
"So with version v1.0-947, you need to give a gift to every giftable terrestrial NPC again. Go to the relationships tab in the menu and you can see who has received a gift for this current week and use this as a metric for making sure everyone has been given something."

So with version v1.0-947, you need to give a gift to every giftable terrestrial NPC again. Go to the relationships tab in the menu and you can see who has received a gift for this current week and use this as a metric for making sure everyone has been given something.
The quality of the product does not matter. I literally gave garbage to half the town and it popped. The most difficult NPC to find is deadbeat-dad Antonio whose schedule varies with the day and season: https://coralisland.fandom.com/wiki/Antonio
I recommend starting earlier in the week since it will more than likely take multiple days to find everyone and this way your counter for gift giving doesn't reset. You don't actually need to give the gifts all in the same week for the achievement, but the menu counter makes it much easier to keep track of things.
