To get this achievement you need to dress up as one of the six characters from the official illustrations. What you need to do is go to the create a character menu and make your character look like one of the six. The requirements I did to my character to get the achievement are as follows.
Body - Male (The one without makeup)
Skin - Tan
Hair - Bald
Hair Color - NA
Eye Color - Brown (The Middle Brown)
Shirt - Dark Green
Pants - Dark Purple
Background - NA
Name - NA
Body - Male (The one without makeup)

Since there's no names or numbering in the customization, you'll just have to eyeball it. Luckily it's not too hard, but if you do mess up and the achievement doesn't pop when you load into the game, just quit out and make a new character to try again. Here's a picture of the one I got it with:
