Just fish in Lava. For me in person it took 5 minutes with fish lvl 100 and galactic angle.

The starlight notautilus is one of the 9 food that permanently upgrade you caracters. To find it you have to fish in lava.

You first need to find a molten quarrys sub biome in the dessert of bigining. Then you need to find lava here, not the one that make slime spawn but the lava that you cant walk on it. Then you need at least 200 fishing power and one of the two fishing rode that can work on lava one in galaxite or one in solarite. You have 1/17 of fishing one but you can go to 1/6 if you use a purple bait whit solarite fishing rod and fishing skill for more chance of fiding rare fish or loot.

A Starlight Nautilus can only be found in the lava of the Molten Quarry. We need to use a Galaxite or Solarite fishing rod to fish in the lava. There is no guarantee to catch it as there are many other fish and items you can catch in lava, so just keep fishing.

To make this easier, we can build a bucket to collect some lava and bring it back to our base. We can then create our own lava lake to fish in by digging a hole with a shovel and filling the hole with the lava from our bucket.
