Ivy the Poisonous Mass is a giant poison slime found within Azeos' Wilderness, exactly 900 tiles from The Core in an area covered with slime. Their location can be revealed using an Ivy the Poisonous Mass Scanner.
The screen will begin to shake and a loud thumping sound can be heard when Ivy is nearby. Once defeated they can be re-summoned by placing a Giant Slime Summoning Idol on their rune.
Ivy attacks by quickly leaping towards players, dealing damage where they land. Occasionally they will briefly pause and shoot poison mortars from the sky. These deal moderate damage on impact and have a chance of spawning a Poison Slime.
