You dont need to summon her because she will be standing here. Like every boss you can craft it's scaner on the ancient hologram pod that you can craft on the malugaz statue.

Ounce you have find her you can stay about 18 block from her and kill her whit a range weapon whitout being interupt.

The Hive Mother is a large mass found at the center of a Larva Hive which is an area of the map that will be notated whenever you enter it.
