When you start the game you can see that under your stat is 100% max speed this is the speed whitch you beging with. To reach 200% you can use three paths : the first one is level 100 running for 10% max speed or you can eat golden food for 50 % max speed or you can use specifique armor piece for the remaining 140%.

This setup will not require any gems to level more than 15 your loot and you dont need level 100 running.
You can of course upgrade your running skill and the loot that you find if you dont want to farm and find all the piece in the list below.

Read it interely because you can gain some time by doing some step in the same spot at the same time.

armor :
-mercenary headband, level 15 and reforge you can find him by fishing in the azeroth winderness. +9%speed
-bikini top (any color), level 13 or more and reforge you can find it in chest in sunken sea +9.4%speed
-bikini bottom (any color), level 13 or more and reforge you can find it in chest whit bikini top.+9.4speed

ring and neeklaces:

-eostre necklace for 19.1 speed but if extremely time comsuming to get so i sujest you not to care about necklaces.

-swift ring, level 12 or more you can craft it and if you can polished it. +9.9speed
-another swift ring because you can equipe the same ring and gain the same stat two time. +9.9speed

Whit all of this you should be around :
9.9+9.9+9.4+9.4+9=47.6 or more if you can upgrade past this guide tell you.

Then you need a pet, owlux for is potential speed upgrade. Base is 7.6%speed but you can find upgrade up to 27.6% Here i will assume you dont have luck and only have 7.6%. so the new total is 55.2. to find it you need to break wooden create or any create in the stone biome, you have 1/25 to find one.

To finish you need to fish again in the same spot that you find your mercenary headband. You are looking for two spirit veil who cook together give +36.2%speed!

And whit that you are now at 91.4%speed + the base 100% so 191.4% you have now 3 other option you can farm the easter even to loot an eostre necklace for 19.1% or reach level 86 for 8.6% in running or buy a cave coffee in the vending machine in a petropolis for 23.1%.

note that you only have 30s for drinking the cave coffee and eating the siritual veit fish ball (cooked together the veit fish) before their effect stop.

if you upgrade everything to max level and have luck whit your pet you can reach a total of 240% max.
