On Planet Nuluup, speak to the man lying down in the first cell in the police station who mentions Dem, then go west of the town, taking the first lower path to a cave (not the same cave area as the one you go through for the story, a little east of it and closer to the town), go through it and interact with the grave marker in the outside area.

On the planet Nuluup, as soon as you enter the map on the western side of the city, there is a barely noticeable passage to the south and a little to the west to a small cave near a lake with a waterfall, after passing through which you will find yourself on a mountain with an obelisk, by activating which you can fight the boss. One of the most powerful opponents.
