Costume Kingdom

This Quest will become available once you've completed the first Apex (see The journey begin's). You'll need to speak with Gilly to pick it up. She’s located on the right side of town, just in front of one of the houses:

When you speak with her, she will give you a Quest to find Jack and Jill and tell them to come home. This Quest is slightly bugged but not necessarily in a bad way, just a bit of a funky way. Jack is located in the Northern part of the Park and Jill is located in front of the same house that Luke is crying in front of:

Just to the right of Jack is a Cypher Goon. If you don't defeat this Good first, there's a chance he'll bug out the Quest and will count as one of the "children", marking the quest complete (2/2) when you interact with Jack. You can turn the quest in after this if you want. If you interact with Jill afterwards, the children count will continue to go up past 2. Just a little buggy. If you defeat the Goon before interacting with Jack, you'll 100% need to interact with both Jack and Jill to complete the Quest. Whichever you decide, return to Gilly once you've spoken with both children to complete the Quest and the trophy will unlock.
