Story related, cannot be missed. This will unlock after defeating the final boss, thus beating the game. Congrats! You've saved Halloween!

Orel White DDS is the final boss of the game. It helps to have all your special meters at max before the fight. There's not too much to worry about here. You have to reduce his health and his two arms. His attacks are more powerful with both arms available. At some point beyond that he will summon two more arms different from the first. You must take these out as well, at which point Orel White will be the only target. At some point late in the battle, Orel will open his mask revealing his teeth and start using his shining teeth to fire a beam damaging everyone in the party. From this point onward he will keep using it on a frequent basis. This is the point where you want to start going all out on him with your creepy treat cards as the damage from his shining teeth beam can overwhelm the party quickly if he happens to use it every turn. I recommend having Sour Dumps as one of your Creepy Treat Cards. The Sour Dumps + Jelly Beaks combo is nice, but it's up to you. Also, if you use the Candy Corn costume there will be a scripted part in the battle where you can use the Candy Corn's special called Sparkle, which will help stall you a little time not taking damage. This special is exclusive to the final battle.
