How to unlock the Chopper Stomper achievement in Crackdown 2 - Definitive Guide

This requires Strength level 5, and Agility level 5

This achievement is easily done at night in Pacific City, Helicopters can be found on the island where the Agency tower is located. In order to get to the helicopter pad you will have to climb to the large platform at the top of the tower and then glide to the helicopter pad.

Once you have a helicopter, simply fly through the city until you find an area that has a large grouping of freaks below you. Hover above the freaks and begin holding the RB to ascend (this will prevent the blades hitting you when you get out of the chopper) after a few seconds of ascending press Y to exit the chopper. Once leaving the chopper you will hold the B button to ground pound below you. As long as you are close to a freak the ground pound will certainly kill him.

Sadly, I can confirm that this does require both strength and agility to be level 5. Several friends and I all failed to make the achievement pop when trying it with lower level agility (I assume because we weren't supposed to "legitimately" be able to reach the helicopters).

Also, it appears that you might have to survive the fall in order for it to work, because a friend never seemed to get it until he jumped from a lower level, and lived to tell the tale.

It might be due to luck but I got the achievement and died at the same time.

where is the heli pad? i got to the very top of the agency but i dont know where to go.

You don't have to glide down from the large platform at the top of the tower to reach the helipad. There are two buildings over the entrance of the bridge that you can drive out on from the agency tower (use the agency spawn point and it spawns you right in front of these buildings), get to the roof of the building nearest the helipad and you will be able to easily jump to the helipad (you do need agility level 5 to be able to make the jump to the helipad).

I did this a few times and it didn't work. I restarted my xbox and joined someone elses game and it popped after 1 go.

One of the easiest achievements to get. In fact, if you don't have the toybox DLC, the hardest bit of this is getting the agency helicopter!

I think you have to have a certain level of either agility or driving stat before you're allowed to take out a helicopter. They're located on the Agency Tower island just next to the drop point on the island. The downside is they're fairly high up, so you've got a bit of climbing to get to the helipad.

If you've got the toybox DLC, obviously you can just choose a squad helicopter as the vehicle you want dropped beside you!

Anywhos, once you've got yourself into a helicopter, fly over to a Freak infested area. Get yourself a reasonable height off the ground (remember, you want to do a ground strike, so jumping from a metre up is no use), make sure you're above some freaks, and press 'y' to bail out of the helicopter, followed quickly by 'b' to initiate the ground strike.. Assuming you were above a freak when you did this, you're almost certainly gonna see the chievo pop...

This Achievement appears to be a bit glitchy. I had attempted it a couple of times and it didn't pop up, when i was flying around a day or so later it poped up.

Simple! Get a chopper from the agency tower at night, jump from it on a city street using the ground-strike (strength level 5) and kill a bunch of freaks

To get a Agency Helicopter they are found on the Agency Tower Helipad. You must have a Level 5 Agility to reach the chopper pad and Level 5 Strength to have the Ground Strike attack. You Ground Strike by holding down in the air. Fly the chopper over to where some enemies are (Freaks or Cell, it doesn't matter) and get out the chopper by pressing and holding . Once you kill a enemy it will unlock.
