I take no credit for this video, the only thing I would recommend doing that is not done in this video is dieing. When I survived the jump the achievement did not pop (I glided at the last second), when I fell to my death it popped for me. Same thing happened to two of my friends.

Also note that this requires the full height Agency tower, this happens after activating all the Absorption Units and detonating all the beacons.

Here are a few tips/info nuggets:

- You must actually jump from the tower. Just dropping out of a helicopter from the same height won't count.

- To easily get from the helicopter out on to the highest spire, line the left edge of the heli up with the long edge of the spire and slowly descend until you're bumping the spire. Now, when you get out of the helicopter, the spire will tip the heli away from you (to the right), and you won't get diced by the rotor.

- Do not try to use the glide at the last second before you hit the water to make sure you survive. I tried this, and the achievement didn't pop.

- It actually doesn't seem to matter if you die, as long as you land in the water. I was dead in the water when I got the achievement.

Once you have hit level 5 agility and have a full-height tower, grab a helicopter and take it to the top of the highest spire. Nearby is a brown chimney with a black center. Jump into this, not using the wingsuit, and take it to the water at the bottom. I died and the achievement still unlocked.
