All you have to do is Deadeye aim an enemy (
) and shoot them in the legs, but don't kill them immediatedly. I recommend using a Handgun, but a PDW would probably work as well. An achievement should shortly pop after shooting them in the legs. It might also work when shooting their arm, but I had no success with this.

What gun are you using as i have done this numerous times?

I used a Handgun to get it, though a PDW would probably work as well. Forgot to add that part, sorry.

The Deadeye Ability is unlocked once you reach Level 1 of the Firearms Skill. While you’re locked onto an enemy with 
, wait for the “Scanning” to complete. You can then use the 
to move your aim over the enemies head, body L/R arms or legs.
Once this is done, use this ability and shoot any body part until the enemy has halted and no longer attacking you. For example; shooting their legs will make them kneel down or shooting an arm will make them hold it.
