How to unlock the Corporate Raider achievement in Crackdown 3: Campaign - Definitive Guide

The easiest way to get this achievement is to complete the game on Easy/Normal, clearing out the map, getting skills to level 5 or 6, etc. first. then start a new Legendary world - you can get this achievement in 30 minutes.

Step by Step guide:

1. Go back to the main menu, select Solo or Coop Campaign, select your agent and a new World set at Legendary difficulty.

2. Skip all the cutscenes by holding X. You can fly through the first 2 power stations and disconnect the batteries, don't even worry about enemies. Then go and fight Berg, I spammed him with the Anubis for a few seconds and he was down.

3. Now you're in southern Westport. Call your agency vehicle and take the highway east, past the monorail station and across the bridge to Southern Heights. When you get to the fork in the road, turn left. Now follow this road allll the way into New Patheon and onwards, it will curve around right and get you to the higher level. Unlock the Supply Point "The Citadel" just in case you die. Pick your weapons before you leave, I personally used the Anubis, Decimator, Oblivion, and Singularity Grenades.

4. Follow the Youtube video below on how to climb the tower. You don't have to drive the car along the pipes if you have high enough strength, just pick the car up and take to the end of the pipes, get in and jump on the wall.

5. When you get close to the top, open your map and highlight the highest Supply Point "Terranova HQ 3rd Floor (Security Sector)". You'll want to get out before reaching the very top (at around the 2:08 mark in the video) and jump over to it, it's easy with level 5 agility. As soon as you hit the Supply Point it will teleport you to the boss fight.

6. On the left side of the rooftop is a sloped part you can walk down and hide. Most enemies can't see you, if they start getting too close just throw a grenade or use the Oblivion to take out the groups easily. Use the Anubis or Decimator on the dragon when it flies over. You can make a quick dash to ammo when there's not too many enemies.

7. When the head is exposed she drops gas canisters all over so clear some out if you need some room to move. She also sends out pulse wave attacks, either jump over them or take the hit, they don't do too much damage. Attack her head when she flies towards the roof and the achievement will be yours.

this was stupid easy when you load your super leveled character from an easy/normal save equipped with the Anubis, Decimator and I had Ragnarok as the 3rd. for your gadget you probably want the ammo resupply thing because you wanna go all the way to one of the sides where there's a little wall you can hide behind and the little enemies won't be able to hit you or even go over there.

then just be patient and unload your Decimator on her, then go to Ragnarok or whatever else (the Homing Rocket etc), you can refill with your ammo resupplier when needed as going for the ammo on the level is risky unless you deal with all the little guys first (can be what the Anubis is used for). took about 20 minutes of playing it safe waiting for her to come down the center where you can unload on her. one of the easiest end boss fights on the highest difficulty I've ever encountered in a game.

You can go to the top and then drop over to the right, using triple jump and double dash if you're agility is high enough, and you're at the summit. Then take the vent up to Niemand.

Amazing guide, I was expecting a real battle and this was easy. There are four columns on each corner and I’m assuming all but I found one with a beam you can stand on that connects the column to the main floor but you’re slightly beneath the main floor. I hid here and was only hit by an occasional grenade toss that did little damage. Her attack when going for the head didn’t hit me here either. I used homing rocket and finished without even worrying about being killed.

I gave up driving up the side. I kept falling off for no reason. Its not too hard to fight up. For the boss fight use that ramp. But I switched out the guns to Anubis, Homing Rockets, and Mass Driver. Homing rockets was key for shooting the head and not dying.

Excellent guide! But I didn't drive up the wall, either. I jumped over on to the roof of the monorail that goes nearest to her tower, and ran up as far as I needed to jump (need level 5) over to the spot where the Supply Point was, near where you need to go and destroy the batts to release the elevator. Thanks, RadiantViper! (Now, Vargas and her team is seriously kicking my butt at Legendary level. Sigh.)

The little sloped thin ledge behind the columns made this stupidly easy. I had level 6 skills across the board so I just jumped my way up to the top floor and avoided 99% of the enemies. Just had to kill the few guys on the top floor and that was it. Hit her with the Decimator when she flies overhead and it'll be over in no time as long as you hide behind the god-wall.

Likewise. Sitting on the ramp until she flew down the middle and you got the prompt to shoot her made this much more doable. When I needed more ammo, I shot an Oblivion black hole as close to the ammo supply point, ran to it and then back to the ramp. Had to do that about three times. Thanks for the tip...

Did this yesterday following the first part of the (great) guide.

You do not need to use the car to crawl up the building. If you have max agility you can hover your way up the building until the boss fight cut-scene kicks in. When you reach the floor with the mech machine enemy, and the green tube hover lift, you just need to keep climbing. There are some ridges on the walls you can grab on to aid your ascent.

Whole process from new game to achievement was ~20 minutes.

Do you know if this counts in a co-op game? As in, if I were to climb the tower solo, reach the final Supply Point, then quit and create a co-op game and invite a buddy to the final battle, will the achievement unlock for the both of us, or just me (as the host)?

In case anyone else wonders, yes, getting to the boss fight in solo then loading in co-op does get both players the achievement.

Tried fighting her legit. Damn spawns and the poison sure does a lot of damage. I think I found the spot you guys mentioned where you're safe from most attacks (still got hit by the "dragon's" blast every now and then and enemy grenades) but you won't die from anything. Such cake mode shooting her as she flew by, it was great.

This achievement is not too difficult.
Starting your game on LEGENDARY is very doable.

Niemand's tower is the tallest building located at the center of the map, area New Pantheon.

There's a large selection of weapons before ascending an elevator to her:
ANUBIS.
HOMING ROCKET &
DECIMATOR
............. are good choices. All explosive.

Take cover at an incline in the corner to regenerate health and shields with limited gunfire. Wait until she flies over the center and unload on her. Patience is key. Wait.

There are 2 ammo refills you can use. (You should only need 1 refill.) Run and get those while she's flying around, and keep moving until you return to your safe spot. Take out any of the small enemies you feel necessary.

Having your first 4 primary stats at 5.00 or higher certainly makes it easier.

I mainly wrote this to be clear that you can start the game on LEGENDARY difficulty and realize it's not that hard. Even enjoyable. But you can opt to restart a campaign on LEGENDARY and go straight to her. All stats, weapons, vehicles and orbs carry over.

NOTE: After unlocking this achievement, feel free to pause and change difficulty to ROOKIE to prepare for Niemand's final lock down, if she sends it. If you survive, you'll also unlock LOCKDOWN LEGEND achievement.

Is it repeatable? I have started my game on legendary but interested to know if you can replay the boss fight to help others if they are invited into your game

You can start a new worldon legendary with your current character and I think you can still get the achievement and your character will also be powered up

Note: I did die about a dozen times before learning about the pattern and the incline hiding spot. So you may die a few times until you get it right.
There have been much more difficult boss fights for achievements than this one.

Also, I had only defeated half (4 of 8) of the Targets (sub-bosses) when I won this fight.

The first boss in the game is the hardest one when playing on legendary since you have crappy guns. After that I found the game to be much more enjoyable than playing on easier difficulties since there's actually a little challenge. Dying has no consequence except setting you back at a supply point so even IF it happens, which shouldn't be very often, then it's no biggie.

I ended up just hiding behind a wall for most of this fight (behind and to the left when you come out of the lift). You can also then descend back down to the supply point rather than risk getting shot when refilling, and your progress on Niemand will not have reset when you come back up again.

Took a few goes in that hiding spot, but on my lucky attempt it took about 5-6 full Decimator shots to take her down. She didn't even get to start her second phase attack with the chimera energy field. Only thing that might do heavy damage to you from the adds is the odd grenade throw. Just need to watch out for Niemand's chimera blasts, but she's fairly inaccurate with those.

Ngata gave me much more trouble than she did.

Is it possible to change the difficulty to Legendary if i have an existing world on easy?
Or did this blocked the cheevo?

When you're fighting Ngata, instead of going through the tunnel that pushes you into his arena you can Run up the side of the building and find a skylight, more or less, you can drop down on a spot on the side of the wall and shoot him.. He didn't attack me at all, a few of the drones did though.

@Dale Baldwin - there seems to be no way to go back down the elevator after ascending as it closes once you reach the top. How did you manage to descend during the fight?

I suggest to carry ammo refil in your gadget slot . Never had to go out and grab ammo. Just camp as described in the solution (slope) and I just used Homing Rockets on the boss. Didnt kill a single enemy...

I’d like to add there’s actually more to the incline for anyone having trouble with this. There’s a tower for cover so you can use the ammo field to refill on Decimator rockets and take her down. Took me a few tries but once I got it down she only had to pass 4 times. Got 3 achievements!

Looks like everyone is getting it. Well done.
I was surprised so few people had this achievement and I think it was because they may have thought starting fresh on highest difficulty was too hard.

I fought her again and just stood on one of the corner platforms up high and the enemies couldn't reach me, but that was on ROOKIE and all my stats were maxed.

@EbonHawk01 - Only just noticed this reply. You can literally fall down by the side of the elevator. You don't descend the elevator itself.

Can this be done in co-op, and do you both get the achievement if so?

Crackdown 3 - Coporate Raider Achievement - 100% Start to Finish

In this video you will see me showing you how to get the Corporate Raider achievement which is for terminating Elizabeth Niemand in a game world always set at Legendary difficulty.

To get this you will have had to beat the game already and have your abilities to at least level five and also you will require the launch pad gadget. It also helps if you have the singularity grenade.

The weapons I used were the Anubis, Decimator and Homing Rocket weapons

Thumbs up on this solution, but IMO you don't need the launch pad gadget. Easiest for me was to run up the monorail roof and then leap to the nearest Supply Point, and fight my way up to the tower roof from there. Good choice of weapons, but keep the singularity grenade at all times. I also had to re-supply several times but it wasn't a hassle, as I could heal up down that incline. Finally, when Niemand would glide by and shoot chimera missiles at me, I'd hide between that metal wall about halfway down the incline, and after she'd pass I'd run back up to shoot at her when she flew over the roof. Thanks, BIG DOM!

If you have completed the campaign on another difficulty like me, just start a new game on Legendary with your previous character. Then kill the first boss (I think it's compulsory). After that, go directly to the final boss. YES you can kill the final boss without doing any other mission.

Si has completado la campaña en otra dificultad puedes crear una nueva partida en Legendario con el mismo personaje conservando las armas y los poderes. Matas al primer jefe y luego vas directo al jefe final.

I didn't see the way I did it listed so I'll add it as I found this way easiest. Once you get to the top there's 2 platforms detached from the MAIN fighting area. On this platform the green shockwaves cannot hit you (you dont even have to jump!!) and there's a lil pillar you can hide behind. I literally just stood there and shot her with homing rockets/decimator until she was dead.

It DOES take longer because she flies right past this point you dont have AS long to hit her so this is definitely not the fastest way to do it but if you want a almost 100% chance of doing it first try this is it. The reason I say ALMOST 100% is because you will have to refill ammo at 1 point and there will be a stockpile of bad guys because you havent fought them and they will immediately fire on you as you go out. Nothing a lil clearing with nades/third wep cant handle tho.

If, like me, you struggled to drive the agency vehicle up the wall in RadiantViper's solution, you can actually reach the top without the car if you have level 6 agility. I just jumped my way to the top using the full boost you get with level 6, and unlocked the supply point Terranova HQ 3rd Floor (Security Sector).

From there the boss is a piece of cake, especially in co-op as she never regains her health and you can die and respawn as many times as you like.

I personally climbed the whole tower killing everything. Takes about a hour but its very doable.
Best weapons to use, Anubis, Homing Rocket and Oblivion (from the Science Center) and singularity grenade. There is lots and lots of gas traps near the middle of the tower that you jump around to avoid. Once your at the top, simply unlock the Summit supply point and go up the elevator to start the fight. Took me and my coop partner about a hour from the bottom of the tower to the top.

Just to make the guide a little easier, I have a trick I've been using that I haven't seen mentioned. After your 1st playthrough, if your agility is maxed and you have the wing suit, you don't have to do any fighting up the tower. Simply make your way there, jump and then use the full booster of your double jump, activate the wing suit then quickly deactivate it and hold the jump button again to get another full double jump boost. You can do this infinitely to simply fly up the tower. You can stop at the Terranova HQ 3rd Floor (Security Sector) for a checkpoint if you die to Niemand. Hope this helps.

To prepare for this achievement; playthrough a World set on Rookie/Agent until you're Skill Level 5+ for at least Agility/Firearms/Strength and then have certain weapons like the Homing Rocket unlocked. Once this has been achieved, start a new World file with that Agent and set it to Legendary difficulty.

Once the "tutorial" part of the game is done, you'll want to head straight over to Elizabeth Niemand TerraNova tower. Skipping all other Division bosses will just make the ascent up to her a little more tricky, but your Survival for the fight against her should still be around 75%.

Once you reach the tower, which hopefully you know the layout from your previous playthrough, you'll want to run, dodge, dash and jump past everything. There are sections you can jump past and around, so have a look around and use your leveled up Agility Skill to pass these areas. In sections that you have to run through, just keep dashing over obstacles or dodging through the enemies. You will die in a few sections, but after a few tries you'll get past them all.

Once you've made it up to the final fight and the cutscene ends, look around until you're facing the ammo/gadget/health refill crate. Behind this and at the corner of the battle area, you'll see some 3 pillar-like structures. The one on the right-hand-side has a small ledge you can jump into where either side you'll be protected by 2 walls. Jump up and into this and now just wait for each time Elizabeth Niemand passes you to jump up/out to fire your rockets. If you need ammo, jump out and down to crate below to quickly refill and jump back up. Once she's out of range, hide back in this alcove and wait for the next pass. No enemies can hit you, so repeat until she's dead.
