If you're only looking for a medal for this achievement, the best luck I had was "Threadin' The Needle" located in OASIS PRECINCT
Try your best to hit the purple rings for the turbo in order to keep your momentum. If you hit the ground, run to a ring and jump and/or hit the wingsuit to get through it, you should still be able to medal.
