Hold the back button and open up your menu. Upgrade your agent's skills to max. Go to spawn vehicles. Spawn 5 hatchbacks. Press X to pick them up and X again to lightly toss them into a pile. Go back to your menu and scroll down to spawn weapon. Get a grenade launcher. Shoot the middle of your car pile.

No need to get the grenade launcher. Upgrade skills then spawn 5 close together and pick one up and throw it at the others...boom! Achievement.

Hold 
to access the Keys of the City menu. Scroll to Equip Weapons, select 'Grenade Launcher' and press 
to equip.
Go back to the main menu and scroll to Spawn Vehicles. Select 'Commuter" or 'Hatchback' and spawn at least five. You may have to move around slightly to have space to spawn all of them but make sure they are as close to each other as possible.
When you’re ready, aim at the pile of cars with 
and shoot. If you destroy five cars within five seconds, the achievement will unlock.
