How to unlock the Finding Your Rhythm achievement in Crackdown 3: Wrecking Zone - Definitive Guide
If you are boosting, you can have 1 team back out and the other will get a win. Also, my group had no problem with wins not counting using this method, but wins may register on the start of the next game.

Still works, progress goes up when you spawn in on the next game

This might seem self explanatory but as I was playing I noticed a lot of my wins weren't counting.
As I kept playing I noticed that whenever I was the MVP on my team and also won the match, the win counted. So if you're stuck keep trying to MVP the match and see if your progress goes up when you do.
EDIT: It seems to be very buggy right now so here are some other methods people have tried that may work
1. Play another game to get credit for the last one you've won
2. Hard reset the xbox and game, then try again
3. Win 2 in a row to count for 1 win
4. Switch game modes and win some of them

i activate the achievement tracker and my experience was after i won a match no matter mvp or not the tracker only goes up in the next match...but sometimes only after 2 wins 5% so its a bit buggy but not too bad

I’ve noticed that it moves upon start of next match. So if you win, play another match to receive the percentage.

I have figured out how this works after a lot of games..
- you seem to only get a point towards this achievement when you get the winning point for the game.
- So with ‘Agent Hunter’ you must be the last person to collect a badge on the winning team.
- As for ‘Territories’, you must be involved in the capture of the territory that gave your team the winning point.
- the game is not buggy, it is just strategic on how you get a win.
- also, being MVP doesn’t matter. You could one kill and still get a win.
* I found that playing ’Territories’ to be the easiest to get a win as it is easy to be apart of the capture than trying to get the last badge on ‘Agent Hunter’.
Hope this helps for those being frustrated like I was for not getting a win when you actually won.

Tracker didn't update for me immediately after a win. I got the progress after I joined and loaded into the next game. (For some in my party it did update right away)
Also a lot of the times we didn't get any progress anymore. After a couple of hours we found a consistent way to keep the progress going and that was switching game modes when you don't get progress in the next game.
And a kill isn't even necessary for a win to count. I used an alt account to run around to get killed and my main didn't even get kills in the end. Still got the win progress.
Achievement is just very buggy and the way to get it is probably a combination of all of the solutions here.

When your team wins 20 matches, in either game mode, this will unlock. To get this achievement quickly, play Territories and have one team keep capturing both territories as they appear until they reach the point limit. This should take approximately 3-4 minutes each game.
Note: Wins usually don't register until you have at least started playing the next match. If boosting, it is recommended that you flip flop wins. If doing this, it will take approximately 3 hours for every person to get the achievement, and along the way, you should also unlock a majority of the other achievements.
