To do this just Melee, (B I think) and kill 150 members, I found this easier to do on the los Muertos Gang as they tend to be much weaker than shai-gen or the Volk.

Melee with the B button and drop kick some gangsters.
There are tons of roof top snipers on the 3rd island so just start jumping building to building kicking them off, its fun AND productive lol

I had already cleared out Los Muertos gang, so had to fight Volk. I just stayed away from the gang bases, and kicked the ones that turned up in random car fights. Died several times, but fortunately that doesn't matter.
