Executioner has a random chance to be the dungeon boss in Dungeon of Island/Meadow/Wild. I believe you need to be on island level 5+ for the boss to spawn (random chance). The boss is quite challenging using variety of strong attacks.

If you're struggling with the fight here's my one shot build (Deals about 60-70k per hit)

2x 400+ ATK weapons

Combat skills:
Charge strike - lvl2
Battle hymn, dual wield, berserk, backwater formation, unstoppable, lai slash - all max lvl
Lean force - lvl1
Wild Might - max level

Before the boss room eat raw meat and apply all 3 buffs, come up to the boss and use Lai Slash, boom 70k damage. Warning you're extremely vulnerable with the buffs on.

Poison and toxic kills will not nab you the achievement. Melee kills only apparently.

Idk if im doing something wrong but i got this set up im not doing that much damage . Any ideas ? Do i have just hit RT 1 time , or do i have to charge the attack , or smash lt and rt ?

I had the same issue and I guess it has to do with a monster's physical defense. Sometimes I was doing 100k, others 60k, and frustratingly other times 10k and I have no other idea why this would happen. Note that you can change the difficulty to easy to lower every enemy's total health so even doing less damage you'll still blow through most enemies with this set up.

What Island and Is. level were ya'll able to get him to spawn? I've been searching Dungeon of Islands on level 5 and 6 like suggested but I only keep getting the Messenger, Golem, Fleur, or Mono.

I'm playing on the XB1S and suffering many crashes. There are specific island I can not travel too without the game crashing. The good news is you can "tune" the map to the islands you want to travel to via the Alter of Travel. Method: once you have the required materials to open a spot on he map save the game. Open an island plot. If its not the an island you want just dashboard to the home screen and quit the game. Reload and repeat till you get the plot you want.

So this is my last achievement for this game. Just found out the other day it leaves game pass this week. I haven’t played it in over a year. I cant seem to find him and I don’t have any high gear. Can anyone give me a hand with this?
