To progress to the Innovative Age of Fire you will need 6 things:

As mentioned by SunburntTiger58: Possibly the easiest way to get these is to ask someone who already has it to invite you to their game, the achievement will pop.

Message me and I'll try to sort you out by inviting you to my game (Will only help if you unlocked all of the previous ages).

If you want to do it yourself here are the things you will need.

1. Hell Pepper x10
- Found only in Hell Biome (all black/red map), mine was on island level 6. These peppers grow only in one area, look for big red skulls surrounded by heaps of enemies. Inside you will find 3 patches of hell peppers. It's a small area and the peppers are hard to spot, should be in the middle.

2. Hellfire Wood x20
- Chopping wood anywhere in Hell biome will grant you hellfire wood. Please note these trees don't grow on half biomes eg half hell, half poison.

3. Heated Mineral x20
- Ore found in Hell biome, it's all black with red top, also drops from enemies in hell biome.

4. Diamonds x200
- Found anywhere on islands level 4+

5. Black Gunpowder x50
- Randomly drops from mk.2 turrets
- As pointed out by Jay Cowl, drops from Gunners in Royal Tomb, you can farm it there.
- Otherwise, you will need 3 things to craft Black Gunpowder:
- Sulfur x50: Found in Hell biome or any half Hell biome
- Charcoal x50: Found by chopping trees in Hell biome or any half Hell biome
- Saltpeter x50: Possibly the hardest material to get. First, try to search for supply pod wreckages. These pods have a chance to drop 20 saltpeter. If you can't find any supply pod your only bet is to craft Saltpeter using 2 feces. It takes 2 feces to craft one saltpeter. Craft two animal breeders and place them into an enclosed area, next, fill this area with about 50 - 100 cows and wait. Initially, it takes about 30-40 mins for the first feces to drop. After this, the feces should drop about every 5 mins or so (You need to be on the island for the feces to drop, if you leave the initial timer resets). I did this on the beginner island as there's lots of animals around.

6. 10 000 000 gold
- Forget farming and all that. Go into island level 6 dungeons and open chests. Every weapon you get here is worth between 100-300k gold, you should be averaging about 1.5mil per dungeon if you beat the boss. Open chests on lvl6 islands, same 100k-300k weapons drop. Helps to have Cloud Chest and Bank

Per Action Pack mat's comment, I did the toilet method for getting feces for Saltpeter.

A toilet requires 5 ceramic and 10 buckets of water. You can craft ceramic at a furnace with 2 clay and something else. Clay can be crafted at a workbench OR easily acquired in an abandoned mine (its a brown pointed rock).

Every time you "sit" on the toilet, it generates 1 feces into the toilet bowl. Simply sit on the toilet 100 times and then interact with the toilet bowl and you'll get 100 feces for your 50 saltpeter.

Yup! Also if you have one of these weapons, you can simply dupe with a partner and have 10M gold in a few minutes. I duped rare metals and had the 10M gold in 20 minutes.

Rather than farming feces you can beat the lizard gunner in the Royal Tomb for a single black gunpowder. Rinse and repeat 50 times. If you spec into the collector Perk (under basic tab) for additional rewards.

I would also add that the heated material is also in the red skull huts behind the hell peppers.

@Jay i was gonna say the part about skull and heated metal but there's a lot of enemies there. I found it pretty much everywhere in the hell biome

I'll add that crafting a toilet literally lets you pinch a loaf every time you sit on it. Requires five ceramic which can be a bit of a pain to get tho

Heads up, if you know someone who has this achievement, simply join their game and it will unlock the achievement for whichever age they are in, including this one :)

I can confirm that you can legitimately unlock this if you join a host's server who has the Age to Innovative Age of Fire upgrade! I have tested it and it works by having the person with the upgrade host and the person needing the achievement join via multiplayer. I had a friend join me just to see on the off chance that it would work and it did. Otherwise, the grind for this achievement was a bit long especially since you need to have pretty good gear, be at least level 22+to survive/deal enough damage etc. I also want to preface that if you die, you will lose a good chunk of money (I believe its 200k-300k) so definitely be cautious especially when entering the Hell biome.

Innovative Age of Fire Requirement List

10mil Gold

Aside from selling weapons and stuff you don't need from fights and looting, what I ended up doing was first: Make as many Statue of Liberties as possible (you can craft them at the very bottom of the work bench) which nets you $326,748. This isn't too sustainable if you don't want to search for the pillar towers on harder maps or the other resources it requires. After doing that, what I ended up doing was creating a salmon farm by making 6 Livestock farms on the first island we spawn on. I placed them in a 2x3 like below, giving you room in the middle to go in a circular motion to collect the resources (You want the tank shaped things facing the outside so its easier for you run through the middle).

After you've built this, you will need to make Monster prisms (takes iron ingots) and then equipped them. There are 2 bears that spawn on the island and if this is your last achievement, you should be able to hit the bears with a few punches (fists, no weapons) to knock its health down to red. When its super low, you'll want to hit

to throw the monster prism. Make sure your reticle and body are facing the bear or else you'll throw it randomly. If you are successful, the prism will drop down after hitting the bear and you can collect it. It will take practice, but it's really easy to pick up. If you end up missing your throws, which I have many times, you have a few seconds to get to the ball and try and pick it up or else it will despawn.

After collecting all the materials and capturing as many bears as you can, you are going to want to face the Livestock farm and throw the bear prism at the inside gray part of it (you can also aim on the top, but its way easier to hit the sides as long as your reticle and body are facing it). If done successfully, the bears will be stuck in the machine and will start making Salmon.

THIS PART IS IMPORTANT: Make sure to collect the salmon before it reaches 10/10 so you can maximize the amount of salmon production there is. If it hits 10/10, the bear will not produce more salmon until its collected. If you are quick enough, you can collect one after the other as you walk by, turn around to get the other side, in a circular motion and repeat. I typically started grabbing the first one when it hit 6/10 or 7/10. After 3.5-4min, their health will hit 0 and they will die, which also drops more loots such as bear talons, bear leather, meat etc which you can use to sell as well!

I basically caught 42 bears which takes about 30min-1hr depending how efficiently you are moving on your island (place campfires down and use your glider to navigate faster). There is also a short cooldown for the bears after you capture or kill them so rotating around the map in a large circle really helps. after that it took me about 16min to go through a stack of 42 bears and selling the salmon would net you barely under 2mil (in about 1hr 20min from catching to farming for every 42 bears).

Random oddities that are worth selling:

There is plenty you can sell, but I this is what I mostly stuck to if you are going for a more passive, not running all-over the place kind of grind. Took me a few hours of experimenting and this is what helped me knock out the 10mil pretty quickly! As soon as you upgrade the Age, the achievement will pop!
