Now we've reached the final boss, big bad Dr. Neo Cortex. Cortex will be on his hoverboard and start shooting projectiles at you.
For the first phase, you'll need to avoid the purple blasts and spin deflect the green ones.
For the second phase, you'll need to avoid both the purple and blue blasts and deflect both the green ones which come at the same time.
For the third phase, you must avoid the purple shots while also avoiding the blue shots which now require you jumping over the lower ones and walking under the higher ones. You must deflect the 3 green shots this time around.
For the final phase, simply avoid the barrage of purple shots and deflect the two green shots to defeat him.

Dr. Neo Cortex is the final boss of the game. Cortex will be shooting purple and blue balls at you. ( green ones to spin back at him)

For the second stage, you'll need to avoid both the purple and blue balls and spin two green ones which come one after the other.
For the third stage, you must avoid the purple balls while dodging the blue balls which you will need to jump over the bottom ones and walking under the top ones. You need to spin 3 green shots back at him.
For the final stage, avoid all the purple balls and spin two green green balls back at him.

N. Cortex is the final boss of the game, and is appropriately the toughest. Your goal in this fight is to spin attack the green lasers he shoots at you, and avoid the purple and blue ones. There is nothing random about this fight, so it's really just a matter of learning what's he's going to shoot and where. For better and worse, the shots going in the same place every time. This is good for avoiding the purple and blue ones, but it means you need to be standing in the correct place to be able to hit the green ones. Thankfully, this fight only has this one phase and then it's over.
