How to unlock the C2 | Cortex N. Adequate achievement in Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy - Definitive Guide
The final boss fight in Crash 2, the aim is to defeat him before he escapes the station. You will be chasing him on your jetpack and have obstacles in your way. The obstacles wont kill you but will slow you down if you hit them.
To use the jetpack hold RT to travel forward, and the left thumbstick to move up, down, left and right to avoid the mines/meteors.
Simply catch up to Dr Neo Cortex and spin at him, do this 3 times before he escapes and you will kill him. I've attached a video below demonstrating.

Story-related; cannot be missed.
N Cortex is the fifth and final boss of the game. I have no idea how they got away with making this the final boss fight, as it's not even a fight. You chase after Cortex and need to spin into him three times. He has no attacks, and in my experience, you can't even die from the rocks and mines. They just knock you back/slow you down. The goal is to hit him three times before he reaches his space station, but you have a huge amount of time. If you fly at the edge of the area (I stayed in the bottom center or center left), you can avoid pretty much every rock and mine. Just hold the entire time and never let go. When you're close enough to spin attack him, you'll see a little icon to let you know you're close enough. Do it three times to finish this poor excuse for a final boss fight.
