I suggest these levels that are, in my opinion, the "easiest", or in other words, the less unforgiving.

• Turtle Woods (1st floor): you have to skip the pits, by using crouch (slide) then a long press on jump , the timing is not easy but keep practicing
• Hang Eight (1st floor)
• The Pits (1st floor)
• Crash Dash (1st floor)
• Snow Biz (2nd floor)
• Air Crash (2nd floor)
• Sewer or later (3rd floor): the start is very frustrating but if you can become invincible then you just have to finish as fast as you can
• Road to Ruin (3rd floor)
• Diggin' it (4th floor), for some reason I got the platinum here, this may be the easiest of all
• Bee-Having (4th floor): don't use the tornado when the soil is darker, Crash would dig and disappear, only use crouch (slide) then jump
