Enter the level unbearable in the third area. Complete the level as normal. Once you reach the end you'll be thrown off of the polar bear. Slide jump back across and head up the path back to the bear and once you touch him you'll get the achievement.

Make your way through the level normally. After you complete the final bear chase sequence (where you ride the polar bear cub), turn around and jump over the pit. You may need to use a slide-jump to make it. Once across, make your way back through the level until you find the cub. Standing in front of it will activate a secret warp pad, completing the level and depositing the player in the sixth warp room, which is only accessible via these secret exits. Upon exiting the level in this manner, you should unlock the achievement.

At the very end of this level, after riding the little polar bear and being launched off its back, instead of heading down to the exit, head back up away from the camera. You'll reach a gap that you'll need to slide jump over. If you somehow haven't used this technique yet, basically what you need to do is run toward the gap, slide right before it by pressing 
, and then right after you slide, press 
to jump. When done correctly, it effectively does a long jump, allowing you to clear much bigger gaps. After jumping the gap, continue heading up to find the little polar bear you were riding. Touch him to exit the level and unlock this achievement.
