As the description says:
Get a Color Gem, and then go to a stage with a hidden path that requires this gem.
If you aim for 100%, all achievements, then I guess this solution will be silly, but I will write it anyway.
Easy to get is RED GEM (stage 12: deep trouble)
How to get red gem?
There will be a path that is "blocked" and will force you to swim up. At the end of the level there will be a box with [!], hit it and go back all the way, because it will fill up the missing box, that was blocking your way. Touch TNT to destroy the path and continue with the stage. At the end of this path you will see a RED GEM.
Whats next?
Go back to Stage4: Bone Yard,
There will be a red platform. Jump on it, and it should unlock!
- Of course this will work with any color gem, but I guess the red one was the easiest/fastest one.

Like with the previous two games, once you get a color gem, you can return to a level with it to access a new path. You'll unavoidably unlock this achievement while working on C3 | Bringing Down the House (50G). Refer to it for getting all the color gems.
