The earliest this can be unlocked is in the level Gee Wiz, which is the first level in the second warp (Arabian themed chamber) room. All you have to do is allow a wizard to zap you with their magic and you should turn into a frog.

This achievement is earned in the Third game. Crash must be killed with a wizards sparkly projectile.

The earliest level you can find wizards in is Gee Wiz, level 6, the one furthest on the left of the Arabian hub area. Simply run up to one and let it zap you until you're a frog.

This achievement can be earned in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.

In order to unlock this achievement, you will have to beat Tiny Tiger and unlock the 6th level of the game in the second world called Gee Wiz. Once in said level, you will need to find the wizard scientist enemy. Simply let him transform you into a frog by letting his projectile hit you, and you should unlock this achievement. If you want to save a life when doing this, grab the clock near the start of the level (it will only appear the second time you play this level).
