This can be done easily on the very first level of the game 'N' Sanity Beach'. When you start the level there'll be 3 boxes in front of you. Simply spin into the box and spin the life away. If you fail here then head forward and when you start climbing the stairs there will be 4 boxes on the left which has a life in the back right one.

As the description says, when an extra life drops from an extra life box, you need to spin into it to knock it away rather than picking it up. It's possible this will happen naturally, but if not, it's easy enough to do intentionally. You may notice that all levels have multiple extra lives in them during the first playthrough, but during replays they don't. If you quit out to the main menu or close the game and relaunch it, those extra lives will be back, allowing you to spin one away. Additionally, lives are always present in the bonus sections of levels, even on immediate replays, so that's a really easy way to get this achievement too.
