There's an excellent chance to get this early in the second level. Before the first plant or roller, there's a pair of skunks in close formation. They walk into the pit, then another two will spawn and also walk into the pit. You can spin one into the other, then repeat it seconds later.

This achievement is essentially unmissable. You will likely get it inadvertently in the first or second level, but the third level has enemies set up right next to each other right in the beginning of the level, so just spin into the first one and you'll kill both, and there are two pairs right near the beginning to essentially guarantee this achievement.
