At the level select screen, press RT to switch to Coco.
When in a level, kill enemies from above with the butt bounce (jump + B). After the fifth enemy, the cheev will pop. I got this easily in the Turtle Woods level, but I’m sure it can be done in most of them.

EDIT: As EaseAndInspire has noted "You have to be on the second world, ice world and go up to the pink platform to unlock her. Took me a good five minutes to figure this out "

Coco's Double Leg Drop Is Just Crash's Belly Flop.
- Default Button Is [B] Or Right Bumper, While In The Air
Once You Get To World Two (Frozen Realm) -
There's A Character Switching Platform Next To The Eels Level.
- Select Yes And Add Coco Into The Game
Killing 5 Enemies With This Slow-Downward Attack Nets You The Achievement.
Good Luck!

Once you reach the second warp room (after beating Ripper Roo), you can interact with a teleporter in the one side of the room and add Coco as a playable character. Switch to her in the hub with 
. Her Double Leg Drop is her equivalent of the belly flop (press 
while in the air). Simply kill 5 enemies in any level with this attack to unlock this achievement.
