Go to stage7 AIR CRASH.
There will be a point before jetboard, that you will see boxes and a platform.
Jump into the platform (by jumping on the boxes first).
It is a secret exit to hidden Snow Go, where you can obtain red gem.
Below a video guide if anyone need it.

In "Air Crash" Go Past The Second Purple Flower To The First Jetboard In The Water.
Slide Then Jump Over It, Onto The Closest Box, Then Hop On Each Box - To Get Over To The Stone Platform.
The Stone Platform Is The Secret Exit.
This Is Also How You Find The Red Gem.

When you reach the first jetski in this level, don't jump on it. Instead, you need to bounce across the boxes on the right to reach the platform ahead on the right. Once you land on it, you'll exit the level and unlock the achievement.
