Really easy this one,
Firstly you must have defeated N. Tropy who is the third boss in the game after collecting 15 crystals. After beating him you unlock the hurricane spin power which is needed for this achievement.
Secondly you must approach/ interact with Coco in the central area of the main warp room to unlock her as a playable character.
Finally switch to Coco and enter an easy level, I picked Toad Village (Level 1), Hurricane spin the first 5 enemies you come across and Bingo, Achievement Unlocked.
The hurricane spin is achieved easily by rapidly pressing the
button, your character will get slightly lower to the ground and the spin sound will change and duration will increase

In this game, Coco can be unlocked at any time in the center of the hub by walking over to her at the big screen and interacting with her.
Now, you need to progress and complete the third warp zone to unlock the spin upgrade. With that done, you just need to play any level as Coco and defeat five enemies with her airborn spin attack.
