Cortex and Uka Uka are the final bosses of Crash 3. Avoid his mines while staying out the way of Aku Aku and Uka Uka's fighting. Below is a guide if you're having trouble:

Cortex is the final boss of the game, and is way more of a fight than the previous game. You'll need to avoid the two masks fighting with each other. First they just spin around with a laser between them. This is easy enough to jump over if it gets near you. Then, then switch to just making their own little tornado. Its movement isn't random, so just stay out of its path. The third time, they home in on your position and form a tornado on it. So, keep moving to avoid them. In the meantime, Cortex will shoot three purple shots at you periodically. After that, he'll throw out five mines in random positions. Immediately after he throws the mines, he forcefield goes away, so you need to get over to him and spin him. However, be careful of where the mines end up so you don't get killed by them just being close to them while trying to spin him. Once you hit him, the other attacks stop, and now you need to knock him into the hole in the center to damage him. Repeat this two more times to finish him off.
