This can first be done on level 16, "Sphynxinator." You need to find an enemy that is a coffin jumping around. Spin it once to release the Mummy inside, then let that Mummy kill you.

In level 16 (Sphynxinator) there will be hopping sarcophagi. Hit them once to get a mummy out.
All you have to do is kill yourself to unlock the achievement.

In any Egypt-inspired level in Crash Bandicoot 3, you must knock a mummy out of his sarcophagus, then let him kill you. So long as you lose a life to the released mummy and not the sarcophagus, the achievement will unlock.

Despite the simple description, this achievement requires you to die in a specific way. Specifically, you need to get grabbed by a mummy. Starting in Level 16, Sphinxanator, you'll start encountering sarcophagi that bounce towards you. Spinning one breaks it and releases a mummy. That mummy needs to grab you and kill you to unlock this achievement.
