The achievement will unlock once you Jack Nina's Arachnia. That final boss should be the last Jackable Creature.

As you play through the game, u will envitably end up jacking all creatures. There are only about a dozen or so to jack and so this is an easy achievement.

This will unlock through your progress to having 100% completion, just jack all jackable creatures including the bosses.
