Just a quick warning, this shortcut can be quite difficult to access. Try jumping perpendicular to the opening as this seems to yield the best results.

this shortcut is impossible tried multiple hrs cant even get close tried diff characters/approaches angry

Simply load up the map 'Sewer Speedway' and right after you exit the first set of pipes into the open area. Get up onto the left-hand side and jump down into the middle and then up again into the shortcut.
