In this video guide I will show you how to win against Komodo Joe in adventure mode. He is easy just like the rest on easy. Just pass him right off the bat and stay ahead of him the whole time and you won't have a real problem. The track might be the only thing messing you up. Take the mine cart shortcut to save some time instead of going around the loop. Also don't place any weapons out, just seems like more obstacles in your own way. Once you beat him the achievement will unlock.

I didn't earn the achievement even though I beat Komodo Joe. Instead I earned Photo Finish.

Story progression - Cannot be missed
Joe uses a lot of TNTs that explode on hitting the ground, just act as if they are Nitro and you'll be fine
