I can confirm you can do this in Battle mode, even though it says race in the achievement description. I was on the Parking Lot map and it’s very simple to do it in the open area in the middle of the map

Go to COCO PARK and go to this location on the map,right before the finish line,just go in circles and dont forget that your boosts most be PERFECT.

After many, many attempts at this I finally realised that the 5 perfect boosts have to be VERY close together. You need to launch into the next one around a second or two after the boost you've just completed.

Coco Park works well for the achievement, just find a wide area and repeatedly boost in circles until you've done 5 x perfect boosts (these being 3 slides with the boost hit in the 'perfect' section at the end of the gauge).

In this video guide I will show you how to successfully use all three turbo boost charges 5 times in a row during a race and sustain a boost for a whole lap. Now to start this off this has to be done in a race and nothing else or it won't pop. With that being said this will be easy to do with some practice. Your first lap you will get the master drifter achievement. Just make sure that the boost bar fills up to the third box before you use it. Once you do that 5 times in a row without messing up the achievement will pop.



Now the first lap you can not get the whole lap boosted. Since you technically don't start boosting until a little ways after the finish line. Just use the first lap as your warm up and try to get the master drifter achievement. Another thing while going for the unstoppable achievement. You do not need to get the boost bar all the way up the whole time. You can just use the one boost and it will still count. Just make sure to try for some boosts with the bar full. Since it will help in certain areas of the track where you can let the boost go for a bit without adding more boost to it.



Now this can be done on any track if you know it well enough. But I would suggest Coco Park. It is a pretty easy track with basic turns and open areas to drift. Once you do a whole lap with the boost going nonstop the achievement will pop.
