How to unlock the Weapon Technician achievement in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled - Definitive Guide
In this video guide I will show you how to use every power-up once in battle mode and racing mode. Now if you go through the main game once before doing this you probably already have them all for race. I did not have to do this race mode in arcade for the achievement, just battle mode. So I would suggest do battle mode first. If you don't get the achievement then do the race, same method as battle. Also online counts towards this as well. There are 13 different weapons in total. There will be two different ones in racing and battle mode. Battle mode has invisibility and super engine. While racing has N. Tropy clock and warp orb. But remember you need to use all the same ones as well in both modes. Once you have used them all in both modes the achievement will unlock.
This can be done two different ways. Can be done with the AI or with a second controller. I would suggest the second controller so the AI won't get in the way.
Battle Mode:
Turbo
Super Engine
Bowling Bomb
N. Brio's Beaker
Power Shield
T.N.T.
Invisibility
Tracking Missile
Bowling Bomb x3
Masks
Tracking Missiles x3
Racing Mode:
Turbo
Bowling Bomb
N. Brio's Beaker
Power Shield
T.N.T.
Tracking Missile
Bowling Bomb x3
Masks
Tracking Missiles x3
N Tropy Clock
Warp Orb

The N. Trophy Clock only shows up for you if you are not in first place so if you're using a second controller make sure that they are ahead of you.

Worth mentioning I don’t think you have to actually hit anyone with the power ups.
The way I did this was after a fair bit of racing (and using every power up there) I started a local arcade game and limited my power ups to just invisibility and super engine. Popped really quickly for me.

You should get this naturally while racing however there are two power-ups exclusive to battle mode called Invisibility and Super Turbo. Ensure you play a battle map and use both of those power-ups on top of the regular race power-ups.

There are a total of 13 amplifiers in the game. What 11 of them look like:
Moreover, 11 are available in Battle Mode and the same number in the story. Their names (from left to right):
1. Turbo;
2. Super turbo (only available in Battle Mode );
3. Triple bowling bomb;
4. Beaker;
5. Shield;
6. TNT-dynamite;
7. Invisibility (only available in Battle Mode );
8. Rocket;
9. Bowling Bomb;
10. Aku-Aku/Uka-Uka (depending on the character; counts as one weapon);
11. Triple rocket.
Also in the story mode there are such amplifiers as:
12. Clock;
13. Electric ball (similar to a shield, but different in color, shape, and even with 10 apples it looks like a bubble).
For this trophy you must use all of the above weapons in normal form . Using the same weapons with 10 apples counts towards the Juiced Up trophy! . At the same time, the color/type of some weapons changes, namely:
1. Beaker -> color changes from green to pink;
2. Shield -> color changes from green to blue;
3. TNT-Dynamite -> is converted to nitro and changes to green.
